Content, easily defined would be, “in a state of peaceful happiness.” A recent discussion had me thinking about the elements of content vs turmoil. In a visual sense you would think that turmoil would be much easier to identify compared to a feeling of contentment.

However, can we accurately observe something from the outside and know, without doubt, whether the visual which is presenting itself could be best described as turmoil or complete contentment with the moment?

Unless we all have the ability to see the world through the same set of glasses, we could never know the full story of each others lives. That stuff going on inside that only we would know. Wishing you all, many moments of “peaceful happiness!”
