Gentle

Most of us struggle with an understanding about being gentle in our ways. However, we don’t just toss aside our emotions as we make our way through life. How we go about expressing our innermost strengths becomes sidetracked by hand me down beliefs of weakness, or not being enough. We can change all of this.

“When gratitude replaces judgement, peace spreads throughout your body, gentleness embraces your soul, wisdom fills the mind.”

Neale Donald Walsch

With so many distractions happening all around us, we fail to notice what has been parked inside of us, the good stuff that has always been there. We need to become more deliberate, purposeful, and consistent with how we exercise our emotions and gently bring them back to life.

“Our greatest strength lies in the gentleness and tenderness of our heart.”

Rumi

If you want to become fearless, go inside of yourself and tap into the gentleness of your ways. Not only will it be the most courageous act you could do for yourself, it will release the kind of light the world is waiting for.

“If we could look into each other’s hearts and understand the unique challenges each of us faces, I think we would treat each other much more gently, with more love, patience, tolerance, and care.”

Marvin J. Ashton

“A gentle word, a kind look, a good-natured smile can work wonders and accomplish miracles.”

William Hazlitt
