Passage
I’ve never heard of anyone coming back from an afterlife to tell us what it’s like. I do know none of us is getting out of here alive. What we leave behind will be more than we can take with us. So, what do you want to leave behind?
“They always say time changes things, but you actually have to change them yourself.”
Andy Warhol
I’m trying to work off some regrets; sometimes, I’m successful, and occasionally, new ones pop up! I have come to accept the imperfect part of this journey. I believe all of my energy has come from the universe, good and bad. I try to lessen the bad and stock up on the good these days. The good energy is what I want to remain here long after I am gone. It was here long before I arrived. The people I have meant something to in my life can tap into it when they choose; it will never go away.
“Time is a gift that most of us take for granted. We get so caught up in the busyness of our lives that we rarely stop and take a serious look at how we’re spending this gift.”
Cheryl Richardson
I’ve received a lot of good energy in my life. Some from people I have known, but not all. Sometimes, it’s just random and welcoming when you open yourself up to the universe. Life continues to teach. I try harder to let the bad energy pass through me and hold onto all the good energy I can get.
“Waste your money and you’re only out of money, but waste your time and you’ve lost part of your life.”
Michael Loboeuf
Mistakes are learned lessons. They transition from bad to good energy. Now is a time of reflection and replenishment.
“Live with intention. Walk to the edge. Listen hard. Practice wellness. Play with abandon. Laugh. Choose with no regret. Appreciate your friends. Continue to learn. Do what you love. Live as if this is all there is.”
Mary Anne Radmacher
No one knows what our passage will bring, but we can choose what we wish to leave behind.
“In the end, we’ll all become stories.”
Margaret Atwood
