Fool Me Once

Not to be fooled on this day, no not I. Surely the start of April could not get here without the claws of winter still firmly dug in. Doubt, do you? Make sure to follow the rain / snow line again this week, hopefully you will stay in the green and win this seasonal tug of war we have grown accustomed to here in New England.

“In the Spring, I have counted 136 different kinds of weather inside of 24 hours.”

Mark Twain

Layers, they say, dress in layers! We need a carry-on just to to be out and about in the early Spring. Who doesn’t like a little jolt of vitamin D after a long winter, but how will it get through all of these layers?

“Me: Hmm, will it not be hot, cold, sunny, raining or snowing today?”

April: Yes.

Claire Williams

Ah, April! The month is a blend of all things weather, yet through it all there is hope for something new, a chance at fresh growth even inside of ourselves. A fresh start with an opportunity to add color to our emotions, letting go of whatever caused us to lose our shine.

The first of April is the day we remember what we are the other 364 days of the year.”

Mark Twain

April is for laughter, roll with it if you will. We are not alone, and collectively we carry the remnants of winter to its grave. There is always something to laugh about, start with yourself, it only gets better from there.

“Here cometh April again, and as far as I can see the world hath more fools in it than ever.”

Charles Lamb

Laugh out loud today!

Talk soon…
