I am pretty sure we all carry around some kind of fear preventing us from putting our work out there for the universe to see.

The hardest thing I have ever tried to do in my life is initiate the kind of change to make me feel consistently different.

Trying to focus in a world of distractions is as impossible as being without thoughts while meditating.

Along with all of the joy and festiveness that I feel at this time of the year, I like to spend time in reflection of my own behaviors.

There is a constant in this life, which is not unique to any of us. With the start of each day there will be a never ending flow of thoughts that enter our minds.

We don’t usually think of our emotions as ingredients, do we?

Every moment in our lives comes with an opportunity to cross paths with an awareness of our surroundings.

With all of our best effort to get it all done, to have more, to do more, we short change ourselves with the most important element of our own survival.
