Change is evident in life, as near a guarantee as the rise and setting of the sun.

Manicured lawns, fresh, fragrant flowers, a new coat of paint, all of these are simple steps we take to entice potential buyers to make an offer on a piece of real estate.

Darkness, with all of its metaphorical connections, will always precede the light leading us to a clear path of hope for the future.

I once wished I had a job raking leaves. I thought my only worry would be the intensity of the wind undoing what I was trying to accomplish.
