Etched In Stone
Emotionally speaking, is there ever anything in life that lasts forever, as to become etched in stone so to speak?

If It Fits
Our minds can be so overcrowded at times we often wonder how we will ever be able to carry on.

This . . .
There are moments in life when having a camera in your hands can do more than any attempt at trying to describe what you may have just witnessed.

Surround Yourself
Each of us moves from one day into the next, carrying thoughts from our past, the moment we are in, and those which we have yet to catch up to.

Be Different
There is no work involved if we choose to become the same image as our surroundings. We will just blend in and no one will pay attention to us.

Imperfect Perfection
The cold, dark, grey sky, empty boat slips, no human sightings, all in stark contrast to what would be expected during the summer months.

The Approach
We are sliding into the end of another year. In a few short days from now there is going to be an opportunity for a new beginning in your life.

Christmas Magic
As another Christmas Holiday season descends upon the world, my wish for all of you is a touch of Christmas Magic in your life.

Mindfulness
“Creative writing and mindful photography are so much more than a hobby!” This little blurb here is taken from my homepage and an opening for me to say a little more about “mindful” photography.

The Journey
In its simplest form a journey can be described as traveling from one place to another. Who could argue with this, right?

Thankful For Slow Thinking
What a perfect time to reflect and give thanks! As we begin this week to officially kick off the holiday season I am grateful this Thanksgiving for entertaining thoughts of not only thinking more slowly…

The Message Is Simple
We do! We all do! We listen to the message our inner voice is telling us all the time and rarely do we question what we are sking of ourselves.

Solitude
Establishing an environment that is conducive to your writing success is another important element for you to consider as you begin your writing journey. I have a very short list of what works for me and my list is very adaptable and portable so that no matter where I am I can establish the right space no matter where I might be.

Repeat
A while back I was writing and talking about how I go about establishing a pattern where I write every day. The exercise I decided on actually takes me back almost 8 years ago. After on and off attempts over the years of trying to establish a pattern of writing every single day I finally tripped over a method that worked for me.

The Path Is Clear
There is no right way or wrong way to approach all of your creative projects. What really matters is what you can put together in order to make things work best for you.

The Road Ahead
Who doesn’t think about the road ahead? Even if you’re successful with living in the moment, one could argue the value of the moment if it is filled with hurt and pain. Do moments absent of wonderful feelings make the pleasurable ones even more enjoyable?
